Executive Bios

Richard J. LeBlanc – President & CEO

Richard (Rick) LeBlanc has been affiliated with NELCO in various capacities for over 25 years. During his tenure, Rick has held the positions of Manager of M.I.S., Sales and Marketing Manager, Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance and Sales, Executive Vice President and CFO, and President and COO. Rick is responsible for global corporate strategy and employs hands-on involvement with all operations. He holds a B.S. degree from North Adams State College and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.

Gary J. Miller – Executive Vice President & COO

Gary joined NELCO in 1977, and during his career at the company has held positions of Assistant Plant Manager, Plant Manager, General Manger, Vice President of Projects & Construction, and currently Executive Vice President. Gary oversees NELCO’s estimating department, works closely with the sales and business development teams on all projects, and is involved with all operations. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Architectural Engineering, and remains active with the Institute.

Audrey Fredrich – Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Audrey joined NELCO from Siemens Medical in 2009. Her combined experience in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Therapy includes technical and managerial positions in clinical hospital departments and medical sales while at Philips Medical, Aurora Healthcare, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Audrey works closely with all corporate relationships and internal operations. She is a Radiologic Technologist, a Radiation Therapist, and earned her degree in healthcare from Ottawa University.
